Dr. Phung attended the University of Waterloo, where she received a bachelor's degree. Post this, she completed a doctoral degree in optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry. She believes in keeping up with the fast-paced technology and making maximum use of advanced techniques to relieve eye issues.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Dr. Phung is available for consultations and examinations at Plaza Optical Center. She strives hard to educate her patients on eye care and encourages them to focus on improving their ocular health.
